On 4-18-2016 a Brown County Deputy initiated a traffic stop for speeding on US 75 HWY in the vicinity of K-20. During the course of the stop it was determined that the driver, James M. Reisinger 51 of Topeka was suspended and also had an outstanding warrant out of Douglas County for Possession of Meth with Intent to Distribute over 100 Grams, which is a level 1 felony. Reisinger was arrested and is in custody in the Brown County jail.
