By state statute the Sheriffs office is responsible for serving subpoenas, legal documents from the court and also enforcing and carrying out orders from the District Court such as evictions, Protection Orders, etc.
The Fee for these are as follows:
All out of state papers – $25.00
Kansas Court issued papers – $15.00
Kansas Non-court issued papers – $15.00
